In the studio

I am a multidisciplinary artist, and my current favourite mediums include all forms of printmaking. Monotypes, mainly using gelatin plates, have the strongest appeal at the moment. 2002 was the beginning of my fascination with the gelatin plate and I still have a preference to make my own, despite owning a small commercial plate.

I have been actively involved in the development and delivery of many projects, both large and small, including various arts and creative workshops and events, along with curating or co-curating several exhibitions.

My practice also includes leading workshops in many mediums. As an adult educator with experience in developing, promoting and delivering art and craft workshops for individuals and community groups, I enjoy travelling to rural and urban locations.
